Wedge Lever Chucks
A lever chuck "pulls" the part down against a locating surface or center. It provides long travel ability and heavy clamping forces. They are normally manufactured in two or three lever designs based on the part configuration and machining operations and are primarily used as first operation chucks.
Accuracy: The chuck is repeatable within .008 inch TIR when gripping a qualified part master.
